OWNER AND GENERAL CONTRACTING CONDITIONS
These General Contracting Conditions (hereinafter, GCC) regulate the terms and conditions for purchasing the various products offered on our website: https://tienda.lyricaudio.com, owned by LYRIC AUDIO ÉLITE, S.L. (hereinafter Lyric Audio), a Spanish company with CIF B34186304, located at C/ Tobalina Nº 5, 34800 – Aguilar de Campoo (Palencia), Spain.
Users who make purchases on https://tienda.lyricaudio.com fully accept these GCC and will be bound by them as if they were written at the time of contracting/purchasing.
Reading and accepting the GCC will be an essential requirement before purchasing any product through https://tienda.lyricaudio.com.
LYRIC AUDIO ÉLITE, S.L. reserves the right to modify the GCC at any time without prior notice. The GCC will always be accessible from the website, allowing users to consult or print them at any time.
The prices and sales conditions are purely informative and may be modified in response to market fluctuations. However, placing an order by completing the purchase form implies acceptance of the offered price and the general sales conditions in effect at that specific moment. Once the order is confirmed, the purchase is legally binding, with all the consumer protection guarantees, and from that moment, the prices and conditions become contractual and cannot be modified without the express agreement of both parties. The contract will be formalized in Spanish, and the electronic document recording the contract will be archived, with the user having access to it in their customer area.

Lyric Audio reserves the right to deny and/or suspend access to services provided on https://tienda.lyricaudio.com in cases of breaches of good contractual faith, violations of applicable laws, these General Contracting Conditions, or in cases of fraud detected by the company and/or its suppliers.
SHIPPING POLICY
- Delivery times depend on the courier company. While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
- In remote rural areas, deliveries within 24 hours may not be possible.
- The delivery time for an order depends on product availability, which is indicated on each product page. Orders containing multiple items will be shipped together, based on the longest estimated delivery time.
Delivery and Inspection
- Customers have 72 hours from receipt of the order to verify that all components are intact and that all expected items are included. After this period, the order will be considered accepted, and no claims for missing or damaged items will be accepted.
- An order is considered delivered when the customer signs the delivery receipt. Customers must inspect the received products within 24 hours and report any issues.
- If a product arrives damaged during transport, we recommend contacting us within 24 hours so we can report the incident to the courier. It is also advisable to notify the courier company directly.
Shipping Costs
- A flat shipping fee of €25 applies to all orders.
- Free shipping is available for orders over €250.
CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
1. Right of Withdrawal (for Consumers – B2C purchases only)
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without justification. This period begins from the day you (or a third party appointed by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify LYRIC AUDIO ÉLITE, S.L. at C/ Tobalina Nº 5, 34800 – Aguilar de Campoo (Palencia), Spain, or via email at info@lyricaudio.com, stating your decision to withdraw from the contract through a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the withdrawal form provided in the annex to these conditions, although its use is not mandatory.
Effects of Withdrawal
- We will refund all payments received, including standard shipping costs, within 14 calendar days from the date we receive your withdrawal notification.
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used in the original transaction unless otherwise requested.
- We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or until you provide proof of return, whichever occurs first.
Conditions for Returns (for Consumers – B2C purchases only)
- Items must be returned in original packaging and condition, undamaged, and protected.
- Customers must cover return shipping costs.
- If the purchase included a gift or promotional item, it must also be returned for a full refund.
2. Cancellation & Returns Policy for Businesses (B2B Purchases)
Purchases made by businesses, distributors, or professionals (B2B transactions) are not subject to the right of withdrawal. No cancellations or returns will be accepted once payment has been completed.
WARRANTY POLICY
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper use or mishandling.
- Modifications or repairs carried out by unauthorized personnel.
- Software/hardware misconfigurations by the customer.
- Electrical accidents, wear and tear, or use not in accordance with Lyric Audio‘s instructions.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Order cancellations that require a refund via bank transfer may take up to 30 days due to administrative processes, although we aim to process them within 7 days.
